糖醋排骨!

糖醋排 骨
Sweet and sour pork ribs
分量:3-4人份
Yield: 3-4 servings
用时:大约2小时
Start to finish : about 2 hours
Ingredient配料:
fresh pork chop 排骨一斤切断a bit of white sugar 白糖table salt 盐chinese vinegar 醋chinese cooking wine 料酒soy sauce 酱油chinese onion 大葱,不是香葱(小葱)
Method:做法:
排骨切块,洗净,在开水里焯一下去掉血水望而生畏造句,然后放到温水里洗一下沥干水分待用

锅里放少许油至尊宝鉴 ,把沥干水分的排骨放到热油里炒一下,直到排骨表面变成焦黄

每一斤排骨放:1大勺料酒,2大勺糖,3大勺醋,4大勺酱油,5大勺水或高汤,作为调味汁

然后加入上述2中调好的料汁,大火烧开后,改中小火慢慢煮40分钟到一个小时,

Tips:
